RESERVATION POLICY: Change In Rules | Public Spaces

Until now, park shelter reservations have been made each year beginning on the first working day of the year in January.

Beginning in January, 2013, park shelter reservations may be made up to one year in advance by calling Indianola Parks and Recreation at (515) 961-9420.  Reservations may be paid for with cash, check, or debit/credit card. 

As an example, someone calling on July 1, 2013, may make a shelter reservation for any date through July 1, 2014.  This new policy will also apply to those wanting to rent the Gazebo in Buxton Park.
